Capabilities

Certified SolidWorks Professional: Eric Warner has completed the training and certification necessary to be a Certified SolidWorks Professional. According to the SolidWorks website, "A Certified SolidWorks Professional is an individual that has successfully passed our advanced skills examination. Each CSWP has proven their ability to design and analyze parametric parts and moveable assemblies using a variety of complex features in SolidWorks."

Computer Software: We are fully equipped and trained in SolidWorks and BobCad. We are also equipped with CosmosWorks Express with extended capabilites readily available upon request.

In-House Machine Shop: We have an in-house machine shop with three 4-axis CNC machines and two CNC lathes available for any of our in-house designs.

Rubber Molding Capability: We have extensive experience with molding silicone rubber parts in-house. We have quick turn around times, as short as 24-hours depending on the design.

Data Aquisition Systems: We also have extensive experience in Data Aquisition Systems. We have experience in both remote, long-term systems and short-term data aquisition.
